Thanks, that sounds like most companies general "get out of doing anything" clause :(

are you still with them ? and do you use their broadand, I'm on 8 meg at the mo and have just speed tested it = 0.6 meg :X not pleased, it's like wading thro treacle, that and my mouse just broke, lucky I'm on a laptop, gonna be one of those days :D

Be careful!

I wasted loads of money because of SKY. I told them in advance that the dish needed to be on a pole in the garden. The guys turn up - "we don't dig" and they buggered off... and I still got billed, so I had to pay a private installer and then found out that because I had used a private installer I had broken my warranty.........GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

That's the story in a nutshell.

.... well thats the question :D my own broadbanddeal is now up, and sky seems a reasonable offer,  depends on were they wanna stick the dish as well
