We use the Jamie Oliver recipe. It's had very favourable reviews from our Italian neighbours. I can't say whether it'll work for deep-pan pizze as we never make them, but what dough we don't use for pizze we use to make pucci (or bread rolls) so in theory it should be okay. Give it a go, and if it's not upto the job, maybe it's worth looking on some American recipe sites.
