Just made a pan yan style pickle , I have to leave it for a month before I can try it. Ill let you know what its like once Ive tried it.

 PS if you have an old panyan jar at home ( long shot I know) Id be interested in the ingredients listed on the jar. Reward would be a free jar of our finished product.:D

well I couldnt leave the fruit pickle any longer (pan yan style) i had to have a try and Im glad I did. We had a snack tea with cheese ,ham biscuits etc and had the pickle with it. We wern't dissapointed absolutly yummy cant wait to see how much it will improve in the next few weeks:)
