Hi everyone
It's 3.49 am and I hoping to get to bed in a mo. All the mods have been done to the Forums and I can't detect any glitches.
I think the menu system is clearer, and I like the PM box being prominent - I have to be honest, before, it was easy to not notice messages (PM's) that had come in.
I hope you like the new chat The chat on the main site didn't seem to work that well, because it was remote from the Forums. At least now you can see who is online and if you want to say a quick hello and have a chat you can!
I've attached a poll to this post, to see if you like the new look or not.... I wouldn't like to sway you one way or the other, but bear in mind I have the power to ban you from the Forums! Only joking (I think ).
Unfortunately I'm not going to be around much today (Friday) as I have lots on - so it'll be a couple of hours sleep for me.
Apologies for not being around as much as I would have liked this week, and not responding to e-mails so quickly either. I received a document from a client via e-mail and it turned out to be infected, so a lot of my time this week has been spent sorting out the pc, moving documents, etc, from one pc to another, 'cleaning' the pc, and then putting everything back together again! Phew! I need a holiday
Busy busy busy....
Take care all,
Catch-up with you soon,
Anita aka Villageways

That was me being self-indulgent... I love all things that are hand-crafted.. can really appreciate the effort and time someone has put into something for the pleasure and the result... apart from the fact I needed an excuse to get a knitting pattern

Right... I've increased the allowed byte size from 500,000 to 1,000,000.
There is a width restriction of 600 pixels, which I think is enough. Images wider than this will be automatically resized.
Support file formats are
bmp gif jpg jpeg png txt pdf zip doc
If have a different file format, let me know what it is, and I'll add it to the list.
Hope you can get your piccies on now.

I've not been here long, so don't know what it was like, but I like the idea of smaller pictures, and if it does resize them itself if pics are a bit too big, on our other forum, people often put pics on that are too big, and the other day one new member put 2 pics on side by side, so it took ages to read the message as it was one line and went on for seemingly miles! I've learnt how to resize my pics on photobucket now, its really easy.
So I altered it and put one pic underneath the other one, but don't know how to go in and resize it, so I asked her if she could do it. Makes it difficult to read a message like that!
